We find the weaknesses: operational leaks, unreliable information, cash-flow timing, process gaps and the opportunities hiding inside them. Direct, no sugarcoating.
Build the system that stops the leaks.
Controls, models, KPIs, management reporting, cash forecasting and dashboards. This is where you move from "we have numbers" to "we have a financial system."
A CFO in your corner, every month.
Monthly reviews, scenario modeling, pricing analysis and decision support. An extension of your leadership team, not an outsourced vendor.
We can also run the financial back office: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, the monthly close and reporting. Not as outsourced data entry, but as a professionalized function that produces information you can actually decide on.
Controlled, scheduled, predictable.
On a calendar, not on your calendar.
Numbers a decision can be made from.
Lower overhead, professional continuity.
"Regardless of what sector you operate in, at the end of the day, you are operating a business. Your chances for success increase when you treat it like such."
Twenty years across finance, investing, operations, and entrepreneurship.
GFlow was built from experience evaluating businesses, operating, and helping them grow. That perspective started in institutional finance and private equity, with work spanning investment analysis, treasury, forecasting, and capital allocation, and later moved directly into operating businesses where financial decisions had to translate into real-world execution.
Over time, that experience expanded across startups, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, professional services, and sports-related organizations. Different industries, but many of the same challenges: managing cash through growth, understanding margins, building financial discipline, making better investment decisions, and creating systems that can keep up as the business becomes more complex.
Today, GFlow brings those perspectives together to help owners and management teams understand what is happening in the business, anticipate what is coming next, and make stronger decisions around growth, capital, profitability, and execution.
GFlow combines both. Most CFOs haven't operated, and most operators don't have PE experience.

By the end of Phase 2, we will have identified cost savings or revenue opportunities material enough to justify our fees, or we keep working until we do, at no extra charge.
We don't expect you to pay for financial advice that can't produce meaningful financial value. It's a straightforward position: our economics should stand behind the quality of our work.
